SafetyQube team always puts our Customers First. It is a promise... Not just words...
We strive to provide a 2X better product and service at 0.5X the price versus competing EHS software products.
SafetyQube Pricing FAQs
1. What is the approach to SafetyQube pricing?
We believe EHS software should be affordable, so it can be used by organisations of all sizes and scale. EHS software should not be limited to a few users, as it takes broad based collaboration and engagement to keep everyone safe and compliant.

So we don't limit the number of users or modules or functionalities based on price. We aim to keep SafetyQube at 0.5X the price of competitive EHS products, while ensuring our product and service is at least 2X better than other EHS software products.
2. What are the elements of SafetyQube pricing?

SafetyQube EHS software pricing consists of
- A Subscription fee to use the software
- A One-Time implementation fee to set up & roll out

7. How much is the subscription fee?

The subscription fee depends on the size of your organisation (number of employees that the system will help keep safe) and the discounts you qualify for. SafetyQube operates flat fixed price based on the size of customer's organisation. For each organisation size band (e.g 500 to 750 employees), there is a corresponding fixed base price pre-discounts. There are discounts on top of the base price.
Safety is a team sport. We aim to enable our customers to roll out SafetyQube as widely as possible within their organisations and not worry about increase in price for each user. So we DO NOT charge a subscription fee per user.
8. How much is the one-time implementation fee?
Standard implementation of our out-of-the-box solution with specific configurations, user, organisation and forms set up, takes only 2 to 4 days. We also recommend 2 to 3 days of user training. Therefore the one-time implementation fee is moderate to cover for our team's time over these days.
Some customers require integrations and deep customisations that need custom coding. We are more than happy to support you with such requests (which many of our competitors don't) and will share the fee with you upfront.

19. What if my company grows and the number of users increases? Will the price increase?

SafetyQube operates flat fixed price based on the size of customer's organisation. For each organisation size band (e.g 500 to 750 employees), there is a corresponding fixed base price pre-discounts. Base price won't change when new users are added as long as the organisation size remains within defined bands. If the size of the organisation increases or decreases outside the band, the base price will need to be revised. The bands are wide enough to ensure price does not have to change each time a new user is added.
20. I want everyone in my company to report incidents, near misses and observations using SafetyQube? Do we need to buy licenses for all of them?

SafetyQube operates flat fixed price based on the size of customer's organisation. So you don't need a license for each user. We also allow raising incidents, near misses and observations using QR codes for non-users / users without a SafetyQube license. So you can rollout SafetyQube to as many people in your organisation, without them having to be defined users in the system and without paying additional fee. For example, seasonal contractors can use this without having to be defined users.
21. Will pricing increase annually due to inflation?

YES. There will be a transparent, annual price inflation clause added to the subscription agreement, so this won't come as a surprise at the time of renewal. We work very hard to keep our costs down, but will have to pass on part of the increases in cloud costs from our providers.
22. Will the price increase when new features, modules and functionalities are released by SafetyQube?

NO. Your price plan agreed in the subscription agreement will not change when new developments are released. We want all customers to benefit from developments without worrying about price changes. This is why we do not price by modules or features unlike some of our competitors.

YES. We provide FREE TRIAL for SafetyQube EHS software. You can sign up for a 30 day Free Trial through this form and our team will be in touch with you.
24. Does SafetyQube provide additional, on-demand customisations?

Our standard product is highly flexible and customisable without writing new code. We help customers achieve customisation first through this route. In our experience, more than 90% of customisations can be achieved this way. If the required customisation requires additional coding and integrations with customer systems, we then evaluate if this development will benefit all our customers. If so, we take it as an investment from our end.
On rare occasions, customer requirements are so unique, it requires custom coding and cannot be used for the benefit of other customers. In such cases, we will support these customisations for an additional fee.
